    我在用DPARSF处理数据（计算REHO）时出现了如上的报错，同一批被试，只有两个出现了这种报错，其他均成功跑完，请问错误的原因是什么？我该如何解决？谢谢您。

大家好！请问regressor这个词应该怎么理解啊？我最近在很多地方都看到这个词，请大家不吝赐教。
在SPM8的manual里第62页讲到1st level analysis的Timing parameters设置时，提到“Also, with long TRs you may want to shift the regressors so that they are aligned to a particular slice. This is eected by changing the microtime resolution and onset.”

第63页的fig8.2也提到了这个词，图如下：

   '3dWarp -deoblique' and '3drefit -markers ' to generate sturctural .HEAD/BRIK pair

1. 我是在两个激活区的T值最高点为圆心画球，绘制ROI，能否讨论一下各种ROI的利弊，请问各位在研究中一般是怎么做ROI的呢？
