DPARSFA Error

Dear DPARSFA experts

I am novice to DPARSFA tool and using it for resting state analysis. While trying for trial subject, I got following error. Let me align you with my existing pipeline. I am using Matlab19a, SPM8 and Data Processing Assistant for Resting-State fMRI (DPARSF) Advanced Edition (alias: DPARSFA), Release = V4.5_190725.

Here is the error that I got while running:
 
/bin/bash: docker: command not found
Bet finished
Copying T1 image Files:Sub_001 OK
Index exceeds the number of array elements (0).
 
Error in DPARSFA_run (line 1677)
            SourceFile=[AutoDataProcessParameter.DataProcessDir,filesep,'T1ImgBet',filesep,AutoDataProcessParameter.SubjectID{i},filesep,SourceDir(1).name];
 
Error in DPARSFA>pushbuttonRun_Callback (line 1795)
    [Error]=DPARSFA_run(handles.Cfg);
 
Error in gui_mainfcn (line 95)
        feval(varargin{:});
 
Error in DPARSFA (line 30)
    gui_mainfcn(gui_State, varargin{:});
 
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback.
 
Any assistance would means a lot to me.

Looks like you are with Mac or Linux right now, please make sure that you have installed fsl on your computer.

I am using Ubuntu 16.04 and FSL is running in the system.

Then you may need to set up matlab with terminal so that matlab can call fsl.
