Hi, dear Yan and members,
I was a beginner in using dpabi. Recently, when I was trying to preprocess my rs-fMRI data using the DPARSFA 4.1 Advanced Edition (in DPABI_V2.3_170105), I met a mistake when reorienting my T1 image:
The images didn't look upright correctly, as was shown below. I was wondering, is this because I have missed some steps in preparing my data, before I could start the preprocessing?
I was looking forward to hear from you. Thank you so much!

Hi Qing,
Hi Qing,
1. You can use "reorient" many times, until you reorient them to the correct orientation.
2. You may try to flip them, but that may make you very difficult to idenfity left and right later.

Thank you so much. I have
Thank you so much. I have applied cropping edges using the mricron. After that, the images have been correctly oriented during the preprocessing procedures~
