Dear Chao-Gan,
I have examined ALFF abnormalities in two type of patients and I would like to examine the shared abnormalities. Acctually, I have tried to use SPM to do a conjuntion analysis, but SPM seemed to require the spm.mat file which I did have, so I was wondering that can I achieve this goal using DPABI?
Best,
Vincent

You can use Image Calculator.
You can use Image Calculator.
E.g., (i1>0)+(i2>0)==2

Dear Chao-Gan,
Dear Chao-Gan,
Thank you for your rapid reply. It is a reasonable and straightforward way to illustrate the overlap of significant regions in both maps. However, a possible problem is that the method won't return a peak coordinate, which may be questioned by reviewers. Do you have any possible solution for it?
Best,
Vincent
