Q: Functional Connectivity ROIs

Dear DPARSF users,

After running DPARSF, I got 1568 ROIxxxFCMap_sub001.nii under ../Results/FC_FunImgARCWF.

I wonder how I should use these maps. ex: If I only interest in seed location around MpFC, which ROIxxxFCMap would be the one I need ?

You can see the definition of the ROIs.

You can try to locate which one is MPFC.
