Hi,
Hi,
You can find R-fMRI measures under the Results folder. Just organize them into 3 folders according to their group assignment, and you can perform the ANOVA analysis.

what is the meaning of the anova contrast picture?
do a anova for three groups, use the viewer to view the F contrast. some areas are significantly activated. what does it mean, or how to explain this?

for the anova analysis
so it likes the analysis of the behavioral data. when the F value is significant, then do the post T test between two variables?

You can perform several kinds of post-hoc tests:

By the way, when I do the T test, i chose the mask file-->AllResampled_BrainMask_05_91x109x91. if the mask file is right?
