slice order for ADNI rsfMRI data?

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows the slice order for ADNI resting state fMRI data? For entering into the slice order field in DPARSFA.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I was asking the same question to my colleague who uses Philips 3T
scanner

because rs-fMRI in ADNI2 was exclusively taken by Philips 3T.

He said that in single package scan slice order is 1, 3, 5, 7....2, 4, 6,
8,....in default setting.

But I would like to confirm this by other researcher.

If the data were acquired by the Philips 3T in an interleaved way, then 1, 3, 5, 7....2, 4, 6, 8,.... should be OK.
