Regressing out physiological noise

Dear DPARSF developers:

   Thanks for the wonderful toolbox. While trying to use it for our rs-fMRI data analysis, I am not sure how to control for/ regress out physiological noise that we have collected in your toolbox. Could you please shed some lighth on this?

Hi,

It depends on how you setup here:

If you want to regress out other kind of covariates. Please check "Other covariates".
