I have a image file which is the result of a Reho analysis. I want to make a mask of the activated region. How can I do it?

I want to make mask of activated regions or of unactivated regions from the rehomap.
how can i further proceed

Please go over course Part II for stantistical analysis and result viewing. There is a section for making mask of cluster(s).
