REST doesn't support the selected ROI definition now

When i try to load a predefined ROI for seed based connectivity analysis, i get the following error:

??? Error using ==> rest_misc>ViewROI at 304
REST doesn't support the selected ROI definition now, Please
check:
/mnt/vpgroup/Greicius_ROI/dorsal_DMN/04/4.nii

Error in ==> rest_misc at 196
ViewROI(AROIDef);

Error in ==> rest_SetROI at 166
rest_misc( 'ViewROI',
REST_SetROI_Cfg.ROIDefinition);

I cannot view that ROI as an ROI, but can open it as an image in the image viewer.
Any thoughts?

Hi homerzeng,
You can transform it to nifti two-file formation (i.e., *.hdr/img).
Then you try the same processing, it may works.
Another question need to be confirmed, did you run REST under Linux system?

/mnt/vpgroup/Greicius_ROI/dorsal_DMN/04/4.nii is a mask file and surely can not be loaded as a predefined ROI definition. Just USE Add ROI!
