Yes, you can use SPSS to perform correlation analysis. However, it's difficult to perform correlation analysis with each voxel in SPSS.
The covariate image could be Gray matter image. It depents on what kind of effect you want to control in correlation analysis.

yes, I entered the txt file into the seed series, then I found it worked.
BTW, is it possible to quantify the ReHo as number to facilitate the SPSS analysis?
Besides, what will the covariate image be like? what kind of image file will be ok? ROI? or anything else?
