error messages while processing REST correlation analysis

Dear REST experts:

Recently I used the REST correlation analysis, then there were some error messages during the processing (please see the attached file)

Can anybody help me debug this problem? Thank you.

Hi!
I guess you just have one data sample so the correlation analysis can not be performed, right?

yes, I entered the txt file into the seed series, then I found it worked.

BTW, is it possible to quantify the ReHo as number to facilitate the SPSS analysis?

Besides, what will the covariate image be like? what kind of image file will be ok? ROI? or anything else?

Hi!
Yes, you can use SPSS to perform correlation analysis. However, it's difficult to perform correlation analysis with each voxel in SPSS.
The covariate image could be Gray matter image. It depents on what kind of effect you want to control in correlation analysis.
