Use of FC analysis or extracting ROI time course

Hi Professor,

 

I am curently using dpabi to analyze functional connectivity related to a specific lesion in brain damaged patients. Specifically, I would like to obtain the voxel-wise t-maps of the temporal correlation between the mean BOLD signal time course (averaged over voxels) within the lesion seed and all other voxels outside of the lesion. What would be the easiest way to perform such analyses?

You can define an ROI and do the FC analysis.
