REST-meta-MDD excluded subjects

Dear Experts,

Thank you very much for providing the REST-meta-MDD data in such a usable format to the community.

I have been working with this data and I have noticed that in your reference paper (https://www.pnas.org/content/116/18/9078) several subjects have been excluded because of image quality issues (bad data, bad normalization, bad masking, etc.).

I was wondering if there is a list available somewhere of these participants with problematic data, so that they can be excluded without having to reinspect the whole dataset.

Of note, please remember to exclude Site 4 as stated in the note.

Hi, Dr. Yan!

From your mentioned website address (https://github.com/Chaogan-Yan/PaperScripts/tree/master/Yan_2019_PNAS/StatsSubInfo), I have found the subject list and downloaded those mat files (such as Info_1789_943_846.mat). However, one of the variables named Dx, I am not sure what is meaning. Could you please tell us what is Dx variable meaning?
