A question about the data sequence in ANOCOVA（repeated measures）

I have 2 times R-fMRI data which are repeated measures. When I'm going to do statistics using ANOCOVA, but I confuse about which group I should put in first: is the group at baseline or  the follow-up?  What is the mean of  positive or minus numbers in the results? Thank you!

For ANCOVA F values, there are no negative values. Either order is OK.

Thank you for your reply. And how could I know which group are higher than others. If I have more than 3 groups, Could the dpabi do the post hoc analysis further after ANCOVA? I would appreciate if you could reply.

You can use post-hoc t-tests to do that by performing the two sample t-tests.

If  the datas were 3 times repeated measures, can I perform pair t-test for post-hoc t-tests? Since all the three times data were same subjects.
