No co*T1 image is found

Dear Prof. Yan,

Hi! When the mp2Rage T1 images is used as structural images, the full pipline can be done. However, the  "No co*T1 image is found"(Please check the attachment) shows at the early stage of preprocessing. How could I solve the problem?

Click on Yes then it will use the T1 images and continue the processing, or alternatively use the raw dicom files and the options: T1 DICOM to NIFTI to create co-files.
