Dear Experts,
When runnin the Friston 24 motion regression the text file actually contains 25 columns. The first column appears to be just values of "1". Is there any reason for this? Is the first column ignored when doing the covariate regression?

Hi Jason,
During nuisance regression (GLM model), the constant (the column of ones) will be regressed as well.
If you look at 'regstats' in matlab, there is an implicit step for doing that.
