Frequency Band - Questions about ReHo and fALFF

Hi everybody, i've some questions about DPARSF and the frequency range which is selected for processing :

Q. 1 : If I want to chose a specific frequency band for ReHo analysis (like in this paper : doi:10.1371/

journal.pone.0086818.: IMF1 : (0.1-0.25 Hz), IMF2 (0.1-0.04 Hz)...), is this filter has to be used (cf screenshot) ?

Q.2 : For the calculus of fALFF, what is the "by default" whole frequency band ? 0.1-0.25 Hz ? if not, how can we define this whole frequency band ?

Q.3 : If I want to chose a specific frequency band for fALFF, can you confirm if the filter showed by the arrow is the right one ? (cf screenshot ?)

1. Set the parameters at the edit box of Q.1, and click the checkbox of Q.3.

2. It depends on your TR. 0 ~ 1/TR/2 Hz.

3. For fALFF, you don't need to perform filter.
