DPARSF error after reorientation of images

Dear experts,

I am new to DPARSF A and I would like to use this software to analyse resting state data from a series of subjects.

After having set all the parameters and prepared the data in the required way, I tried to run the software from the gui but I get the following error:

Error using DPARSFA_run (line 1587)
Index exceeds matrix dimensions.
 
Error in DPARSFA>pushbuttonRun_Callback (line 1782)
    [Error]=DPARSFA_run(handles.Cfg);
 
 
Error in gui_mainfcn (line 95)
        feval(varargin{:});
 
Error in DPARSFA (line 30)
    gui_mainfcn(gui_State, varargin{:});
 
 
Error while evaluating UIControl Callback
 
It appears after I try to reorientatate the structural and functional images interactively (even though they seem resonably oriented in the pop up window). I have also try to untick the Reorient Fun* and Reorient Fun* options, but I get the same error at the same stage of the pipeline (after bet and after 'Copying T1 image Files:Sub_201 OK')
 
Could you please advise on how to solve this problem?

Please go over the course again and try the demo data.

There must be some problem with your data organization.
