DPARSF for beginners

Hi

How could extract functional conectivity of my rest fmri data using DPARSF?
Do you know any thing about calculating eta2 value and similarity matrix ?

Hi Mahsa,

You need to go through the course at http://rfmri.org/Course before professionally using DPARSF/DPABI.

You can use DPABI to extract the ROI signals and then calculate the eta2 matrices.
