Alff and fAlff

Dear Dr YAN

after FDR coreection I get these result for Alff and fAlff

we notice that the activation region in Alff more than activation regions in fAlff

this because the Alff range is more than fAlff(fraction of Alff), and Alff senestive to physiological noise .

my question does this reason right or wrong? if it is true there is any mor reasons for this result?

ALFF is more sensitive to noise, but also might be more sensitive to pathology. It's your call how to interpret it.
