AAL模板（61*73*61）全脑区功能连接问题

尊敬的严老师及其他各位老师：大家好！我近期在进行全脑区功能连接分析过程中有些问题想请教一下各位专家。我想用的AAL模板（61*73*61）进行全脑区功能连接，使用的是DPARSF软件，选择extract ROI signal分析过程。分析过程中将AAL模板（61*73*61）选入到define ROI之后没有得到相应的相关矩阵，得到的ROICorrelation_subXXX文件只有一个数值1，详见附件ROICorrelation_sub001.txt。想请教一下这是什么原因？有无解决办法？希望您有时间时能够给予回复。非常感谢。

要勾选Multiple Lables in mask file

按照严老师的指示，我重新操作了一次，在define ROI 的部分勾选了Multiple Lables in mask file, 然后进行操作时出现报错，还需要请教一下严老师是什么原因？

Software installation problem.

First, click "default" to restore the path. Next click “Add Folder”to add SPM path. And then click "Add with subfolders" (Figure 3), find the location where DPABI is stored in the pop-up window and click "open" to add it. Finally, click "save" and close this window.
