Brodmann Atlas
In the early 20th century
German neurologist Dr.
Korbinian Brodmann defined 52 regions of the cerebral cortex of humans
and monkeys that
appeared to have different cellular morphology and organization.
Harvard-Oxford cortical and subcortical structural atlases
Probabilistic atlases covering 48 cortical and 21 subcortical
structural areas, derived from structural data and segmentations kindly
provided by the Harvard Center for Morphometric Analysis.
The latter Harvard-Oxford could be considered as an instance of Brodmann Atlas.
Moreover, someone argued that the Julich Atlases of Eickhoff/Amunts/Zilles/et al. may be the best Brodmann atlases. You could found more options in fsl. http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Atlases
Harvard-oxford atlas was developed for subdividing the human cerebral cortex on magnetic resonance images into gyral based regions of interest (ROIs). It was used in surface-space-based analysis (or fiber tracking in DTI), compared with the grey matter and white matter in volume space.

谢谢,我还想问,既然Harvard-Oxford

为什么两个模版harvard-oxford的模版呈一片的。,那不是除了皮层,又包括了白质了?
